Day 1: Transfer from the airport to the hotel and free day
Day 2: Visit to apartments& houses for sale in & around Barcelona.(maximum 8h )
Day 3: Briefing about the Spanish Golden Visa.

Required fist legal formalities for the Golden Visa application: signing power of attorney, opening bank account &application for ID number.

Day 4: Full sightseeing city tour (8 hours), including all tourist sites within Barcelona.
Day 5: Optional: Entry to tourist sites on choice: Gaudi’s monuments (Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila), FC Barcelona stadium or museums (Picasso, Dalí, Miró).
Day 6: Optional: Exclusive shopping experience at La Roca Village, Southern Europe’s largest outlet,featuring all major fashion brands at special prices.
Day 7: Free time and transfer to the airport.

  • Round trip flight from Middle East or Asia through a major hub like Doha or Dubai.
  • Accommodation in 4-star hotel in Barcelona, including breakfast.
  • Guide/interpreter for 3 days for English, French, Arabic or Chinese.
  • Legal advice by our experienced attorney regarding the golden visa application and their preliminary formalities.
  • Reservations for restaurants upon request (Halal, Chinese, Spanish food, etc.). Meals not included.

  • Invitation letter for tourist visa application at Spanish embassy/consulate.

 

Services not included:

  • Fes and levies related to the tourist visa application for the trip.
  • Entrance tickets to Barcelona monuments and tourist sites (museums, stadium, etc.).
  • Guided tours at the monuments (upon request).
  • Meals other than breakfast.
  • Any additional excursions requested by the client, such as visits to Costa Brava, Pyrenees ski resorts, Barcelona Grand Prix, etc.
